Instinct is everything.

Today on my diary I talk about the discussions me and my friend had during the night, how a night without sleep was swapped to a night of totalt enlightenment and interesting thoughts. What is the meaning of life? How can you find your purpose? What is passion? How do you recover from a disease or how do you get back after being burned out? What is the definition of truth and what actually is normal?

Emotional overload is ok.

Today I load of some emotions and reminded myself of emotions being alright when you do something that you love - It is hard to not get emotional. Is lack of focus in the part a part of the amount of focus that I experience today? Do what you love and you will always love what you do.
